We collect personal data strictly when submitted voluntarily through our quotation tools or direct correspondence:

• Commercial Inquiry Data: Contact person name, business email address, company name, telephone number, origin/destination terminal addresses, cargo nature, gross weight, and ADR classifications.
• Customs & Waybill Data: Consignor/consignee data required for electronic transit documentation (NCTS T1), CMR waybills, or maritime bills of lading.
• Technical Edge Logs: Basic IP address and browser headers processed transiently by our CDN infrastructure (Cloudflare) strictly for security, DDoS protection, and SSL termination.

3. Legal Grounds for Processing

Data processing is conducted pursuant to GDPR Article 6:

• Article 6(1)(b): Processing necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a freight forwarding agreement.
• Article 6(1)(c): Compliance with statutory legal obligations (Lithuanian customs laws, tax accounting, and commercial record retention).
• Article 6(1)(f): Legitimate interests in protecting website integrity, mitigating freight payment fraud, and facilitating direct B2B logistics communications.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Operational Subcontractors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared strictly on a need-to-know operational basis with certified transport subcontractors, container shipping lines, port terminal operators, and customs authorities solely to execute booked freight movements.

This website does not utilize invasive third-party behavioral tracking cookies, Facebook pixels, or advertising profiling scripts. Cloudflare provides edge caching and security filtering without creating visitor identity profiles.
